Make Your Scrapbook Awesome by Including Black and White Photos

The heart of every scrapbook page is obviously photos. We all love those colourful, vibrant snapshots, but there’s something super cool about mixing in some black and white photos too. Think about it — it’s like adding a bit of vintage charm to your pages.

Combining black and white photos with colour prints lets you tell a story uniquely. You can make your focal photo pop by surrounding it with black and white images that add context and depth. It’s a great way to showcase multiple shots without overwhelming the page.

Pro Tip:
If you’re feeling extra fancy, try using a black and white filter on your phone or computer to create a black and white version of a colour photo. It’s a super easy way to add a little black and white magic to your scrapbook.

Speaking of magic, let’s talk about memory-making! I always lightly write the date on the back of my printed photos. It might seem like a small detail, but it’s a lifesaver when you’re trying to remember the details of a trip or event months later. You’ll be able to instantly recall the fun times you had, even if you haven’t had a chance to scrapbook them yet.

So, there you have it. Black and white photos + colour photos + a bit of date-writing magic = scrapbook pages that are truly one-of-a-kind. Get creative and have fun with it. And remember, the most important thing is to capture those precious memories and share them with the world.
